The Hospice Aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care given. Qualifications: Education: Must have a High School Diploma or GED. CNA or Home Health Certification required. Experience: Hospice or Long-term Care experience preferred. License, Certification and/or Registration: Must maintain a current Alabama Driver's License and auto liability insurance. Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to make meaningful observations and write brief, accurate reports. Ability to recognize the needs of people and to maintain good relationships with them.
