CNA/CMA Days Adolescent/Young Adult Complex Medical (Full Time)

Join our CNA and Nursing Team! ChildServes Adolescent and Young Adult Complex Medical program provides 24-7 residential skilled nursing care in a family-focused environment. We care for adolescents and young adults who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical needs.

Schedule/Benefits

• 3 shifts per week , 6:00am-6: 0 0pm, every 3 rd weekend
• Benefit eligible, including medical, dental, vision plans, retirement with company match and generous PTO accrual, including 16 hours of PTO front-loaded

How Youll Make an Impact

• Assist with daily care routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while honoring each childs privacy and dignity.
• Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure each childs unique needs are met.
• Help children look and feel their best by maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and readiness for scheduled activities.
• Support families by sharing updates and reinforcing care techniques that promote each childs progress and well-being.
• Accurately document care provided and maintain compliance with ChildServe policies and professional standards.

What Youll Need

• Active DIA certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Iowa .
• Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs , be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand .
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language .
