Charge Nurse - Day Shift

At Enlightened Recovery, we provide exceptional medical and clinical services. We are seeking a Day Shift Full-Time Charge Nurse to work five 8 hour shifts, Thursday through Monday. Experience in a Detox setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Engages in team interaction for care coordination/discharge planning.
• Collects and records data in a comprehensive accurate and systematic manner.
• Indicates and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours of patients admissions.
• Assesses clients needs to see a provider for H&P, discharge, and if needed for medications or illness.
• Performs clinical nursing activities in a safe, professional manner.
• Evaluates the impact of therapeutic interventions upon a therapeutic milieu.
• Works collaboratively with Multidisciplinary Treatment Team.

Education

• Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.

Experience

• A minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in a substance abuse program or equivalent preferred

Licensure/Certification

• Licensed to practice nursing in the State; maintaining current licensure per state requirements
• Maintains current CPR certification (employer provided)
