Nurse Coordinator - Hematologic Malignancy

This Nurse Coordinator role will work with our hematologic malignancy program supporting one lymphoma provider.

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
• No Weekends, Holidays or Call
• Potential work from home option one day per week after a year
• Full time, Salaried & Benefits eligible

Additional Preferred Requirements

• Oncology experience strongly preferred
• BSN preferred

Role Purpose

Coordinates the health care of select patient populations/designated service across the continuum of care. Responsible for coordination of patient contact, patient education, prepares patient/family for procedure/test in collaboration with the healthcare team.
