As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Supervisor (RN), you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Pleasanton, CA. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

What You'll Do

• Collaborates with Site Medical Leader to provide leadership to health center staff
• Assists in the recruitment and selection of staff members, including interviewing candidates and training new staff members
• Assesses, manages, and evaluates the performance and development of staff members
• Manages and monitors clinic staff schedules
• Oversees the nursing care of all patients
• Provides direct patient care .

  Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $120,000 - $150,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
