What You ll Be Doing

Leading, supporting, and empowering hospice nursing staff

Ensuring high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care

Providing clinical guidance, coaching, and case oversight

Collaborating closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and leadership

Being a calm, confident clinical presence for staff and families alike

Helping shape processes, quality initiatives, and best practices

What You Bring

Active RN license (required)

Hospice and/or home health experience (strongly preferred)

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Confidence in clinical decision-making

A heart for hospice and a backbone for leadership

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
