Direct Support Professional (Day Shift)

Location: Park Place - 325 Park Road, New Castle, KY 40050

Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 36/hours per week

Pay: $17.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Role Snapshot (Park Place - Day Shift):

This day shift role supports individuals in a structured residential setting at Park Place. Daytime hours focus on daily routines, personal care, meals, activities, and meaningful engagement throughout the day in a consistent, team-based environment.

What youll do:

The DSP provides general and specialized care and support to each resident. The care and support includes activities of daily living, productive activities, and leisure activities. The DSP will provide active treatment, safety, and supervision to all residents of Park Place while promoting inclusion in the community. The DSP will facilitate the residents independence, and choice in both their home and the community.

What sets you apart:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age with valid Kentucky or Indiana Drivers License and a clean driving record

Preferred Experience

• 1 year Caregiving
