Position Details:
CRNA opportunity at a critical access hospital in the Sioux City area
Practice 100% independently with no physician oversight

Compensation and Benefits:
W2 - $300K base salary with incredible benefits including IPERS, malpractice with tail coverage, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and more
$50k signing bonus, $12k relocation stipend, and 7 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays
1099 employment model available - $350K base
