The Resident Care Manager (LPN) is primarily responsible for managing the residents' health plans and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities during the shift. Both care management and supervisory responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
Wage: Pay range depends on license and experience. New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process

We offer:
100% paid medical, dental and vision, employer paid life insurance and AD&D for employees working 30+ hours/week (Option to buy-up if desired). In addition, we offer a Flexible Spending account for medical and childcare reimbursements with a $500.00 rollover feature (No Rollover on childcare) AND the option to purchase Long Term disability insurance. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 403(B) plan (Eligibility on 403b - 20+ hours per week) - We match 50 cents for every dollar saved up to 10% of your annual salary. Matching begins the first of the quarter following 1 year of employment. Full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to 16 paid time off days, 6 paid holidays and 3 personal days. Pro-rated paid time off is available to part-time employees.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Current, unencumbered Washington State nursing license.
Graduate of an accredited institution with, at minimum, a licensed nursing program.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Able to make independent decisions.
Knowledgeable in nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to skilled nursing facilities and long-term care.
Possesses leadership and supervisory abilities, and demonstrates a willingness to work harmoniously with both professional and non-professional personnel.
Able to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for providing quality care.
Displays patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to handle difficult residents.
Willing to seek out new methods and principles and incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
Able to communicate information concerning a resident's condition.
Able to maintain confidentiality and abide by HIPAA regulations.
