Qualifications:

• Current and good standing RN or LPN license for the state of Illinois
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1-3 years of long-term care experience
• Management experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Be able to provide leadership to the team
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills to work with residents, families, and staff
