PRN CaregiverRadcliff, KYPay Rate: $14.50 per hourHours: PRN (as needed only. No guaranteed hours)We are looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. Work schedules that you may pick up are based on client needs and include 12-hour shifts (8 AM - 8 PM or 8 PM - 8 AM) and 16-hour shifts (4 PM - 8 AM) nights and weekends.Must be available to work 2 shifts per month.We do not offer traditional Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM shifts.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.Must have a valid driver's license held for at least 12 months (permits and intermediates DO NOT QUALIFY).Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration for use throughout your shift to transport clients to appointments or outings.

Training & Orientation:

All new hires must attend a paid orientation for two weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

We have locations in Elizabethtown and Radcliff

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SEVITA

Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferredSkills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-managementBehaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsibleVehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
