Status: Full-Time or Part-Time Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Nightingale at Monticello is a residentcentered skilled nursing and rehabilitation community committed to compassion, teamwork, and highquality care. We are building a strong, supportive clinical team and are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses who want to make a meaningful impact during our night shift.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the care delivered by LPNs and CNAs. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and thrives in a teamfocused environment. Night shift RNs play a crucial role in maintaining resident safety, comfort, and clinical stability.

• Deliver highquality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.

• Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical followup as required.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Provide leadership and support to LPNs and CNAs during the shift.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards.

• Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

• Active Arkansas RN license in good standing.

• Experience in skilled nursing, longterm care, or a healthcare setting preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and criticalthinking skills.
