OPEN JOB: Nurse Manager - Progress Care - Full time Day LOCATION: Napa, California, United States BASE SALARY: $167,974 to $265,150 Job Description Manager Nursing - Progress Care. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and the continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas. Through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and others, reviews, analyzes and recommends changes in practice. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Nursing RN Leadership/Supervisory experience Minimum 3 years of RN work experience in an acute care (hospital) setting Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
