Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide.Overview:
Home Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home.

Pay Range: $15.75 - $20.46/hour

Education
No specific education requirements
Certification/Licensure
CNA (Required)
First Aid Basics Certification (Required)
BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
Experience
Previous Customer Service Experience (Required)
Basic and routine patient care (Preferred)
Personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding (Preferred)
Intake/output (Preferred)
Ambulation (Preferred)
Assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home (Preferred)
