- Specialty: CRNA
- Dates/Schedule: August 17-30, Sept 14-20, Oct 19-25, Nov 9-22, Dec 7-13.
- Shift Hours: Guaranteed 8 hours. 7 AM - 3 PM. 1 provider on during the day
- Call Ratio: Yes, every night in OR. Call backs are minimal but avg is 2.5 per Month. Sometimes can be called in for difficult intubations in the ER.
- Call Back response time: 1 hour.
- Case Mix: Gen, ORTHO, Ophthalmology, Pain mgt, Gyn, Pod. Must be proficient in spinals, blocks epidurals.
- Patient Demographic/ages: Mainly older. Medicaid Medicare patients.
- # of Surgical Cases per day: Heavy Endo, 15 minute turnovers
- # of OR's: 1
- Supervision and Ratio: None. CRNA only practice
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
