- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8's. Would accept 4x8's as well. No option for 10's or 12's and there is no call.
- Case Mix: General cases - ortho, ent, urology mainly. No OB, no hearts, no heads, and no peds.
- # of OR's: 5 to 6 rooms
- Support Staff/Supervision: Supervision - 1 Anesthesiologist
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days
- Active VA License
