- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. Highly prefer full-time between Monday-Friday, 5x8's, 6:30 am - 3 pm. No nights/weekends/holidays/call.
- Staffing Mix/Supervision: Supervision
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, complex vascular, pediatric, regional, thoracic.
- # of OR's: 14
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS
- Active GA License: Must be currently licensed in GA or IMLC to be presented
- Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
