We're looking for caring and dependable Caregivers to join our growing team! As part of our agency, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one care and support for clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

You'll assist with personal care, companionship, and daily activities making a real difference every day for those who rely on your care and compassion.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless certified)

Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort

Observe and report any changes in client condition to the nurse or care coordinator

Maintain accurate care notes and follow all care plans and agency policies

Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity in their own homes

Qualifications:

Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain through Short Staffed, Medical)

Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Up-to-date TB test and Physical within the last year

Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude

Excellent communication and time management skills
