Check out our video and FIND YOURSELF HERE: What you can expect from this role Remote Patient Management support is available 0700-1930 Support patients in their homes by virtually monitoring and collaborating in their care Patients are given iPad and vital sign equipment for either a 31day open heart program or 90 day primary care program On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work Full-time (0.9 FTE), day shift openings (0700-1930), 3 x 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends and holidays Certification pay available Qualifications Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred Experience: 3+ year RN Experience, background in Women's Services highly desired Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
