LOCATION : Northeastern U.S. (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE). Remote position but must reside in a northeastern state.

This role blends academic expertise with practical experience in nursing education, emphasizing evidence-based strategies and adult learning principles. The Clinical Content Specialist will play a key role in supporting faculty adoption of best practices, integrating our solutions into curricula, and preparing students for licensure and professional practice.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving nursing education. Responsibilities include faculty training/coaching, product integration, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring effective integration of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curricula

+ Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs

+ Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student success

+ Collaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goals

+ Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes

+ Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Master of Science in Nursing ( MSN ) and a doctoral degree required.

Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license

Experience:

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education

+ Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies

Key Competencies

+ Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

+ Strong interperson
