Sinai Hospital's Flo Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to pient care and a dedicion to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties.

The Flo Pool Sinai Hospital is a designed supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet pient care needs. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time, in which all are eligible to participe in the clinical ladder as well as committees throughout the hospital.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of the pient care team, the RN provides safe, age-approprie pient care and functions as an advisor and resource for pients and their families.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Telemetry experience required
• Peds/PICU/NICU experience required
• 2+ years of experience required
• RN License in Maryland or Compact Ste (as applicable)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PEDIATRIC FLOAT ROLES:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Associion
• Pediric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Associion
• Neonal Resuscition Program (NRP)
• STABLE within 6 months of hire
• Chemo/biotherapy provider course within 6 months of hire
• Preferred: Certified Pediric Nurse (CPN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Pediric or Neonal

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CRITICAL CARE FLOAT ROLES:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Associion
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Associion
• Trauma Certificion within 6 months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale certificion within 6 months of hire

Flo Pool staff will follow a 6-week schedule and a weekend obligion of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays and 2 difficult-to-staff days required. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligions have been met.
