Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, 3 Locations Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing; prefer providers who can commit to 3 months; extension available Schedule: M-F, 7am-3pm generally, can fluctuate a bit; Full time preferred, but will accept alternate work weeks, M-Th 2wks on/2 wks off, Split Coverage Medically Directed ACT Model Requirements:

• Prefer Active, unrestricted OK license, but may accept Compact License
• Board Certified CRNA
• Clean background/malpractice
• AHA Certs: ACLS, BLS
• Must respond with updated CV
• Must have portfolio of documents readily available should you choose to apply

EMR: Epic Credentialing Timeframe will be expedited and Temporary Privileges are available Skills: Must be skilled in all General Anesthesia; Adult, Ortho, general surgery, GI sedation, Adult ENT, GYN, spine Cataracts; All are bread & butter cases; Acuity: ASA 1-3 Travel & lodging are covered Malpractice Insurance is provided Rates: Give me your going rate and I will do my best to get it for you
