Nurse Manager - Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation - Cardiac Rehab - Vineland

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Responsible for the 24-hour overall operations of the assigned Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department(s). Serves as lead nurse for care coordination, which includes daily assignment of staff, utilization of multi-disciplinary resources, effective delivery of services and execution of patient plans of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science, BSN or actively pursuing.
• At least three years of progressive experience as staff nurse or charge nurse in Adult Acute Care Nursing:
  • Surgical Services, M/S, ICU or ER
  • 3 years healthcare leadership experience
  • 2 years experience in Cardiopulmonary rehab programs

Certification/ Licensure:

• Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• Certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• CCPR Certification required within one year of hire.
