All six of our facilities have been recognized by the American Health Care Association with awards for Achievement in Quality, placing them in the top five percent of nursing homes across the nation.

We are seeking anRN Charge Nurse. The role of the Charge Nurse is to supervise the activities of the direct care staff, promoting the highest quality of nursing services. The Charge Nurse will help ensure fulfillment of plans of care according to MVH quality standards.

Shift:

36 hours per week, 7pm-7am shifts, every other weekend

Requirements

+ Current Maine RN license in good standing

+ Collaborative work style

+ Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.

+ Ability to understand and respond to residents needs and inquiries in English is required.

+ Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.

+ Basic computer skills
