Plan, organize, and oversee nursing home operations to ensure high-quality patient care
Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance
Maintain effective communication across interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of care
Recruit, hire, train, and develop nursing staff

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience OR 7 years of nursing experience (or combination of both)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in Long-Term Care nursing required
