Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to healthcare staff
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Document patient information and care activities accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Alabama
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
