Job Description

Work full-time 8-hour day shifts.

Maintain 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff.

Be responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management.

Develop clinical standards and staff development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.

3 years of relevant clinical experience.

2 to 3 years of relevant clinical leadership experience.
