Category Schools - RN Nurse Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking to hire several school-based RNs to provide health services for K - 12 students in Arizona. This is contract-based position for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year, with contract renewals available. Dates: 08/04/2026 - 06/04/2027 Hours: Elementary school sites: M-F | 8:30am-3:15pm Secondary school sites: M-F | 7:30am-2:15pm Primary duties: Perform specialized procedures under the guidance of the Nurse Practice Act Conduct initial health screening, including the performance of height, weight, vision, hearing, and scoliosis screening at designated grade level, referring those who fail screening to appropriate physicians or agencies for evaluation, and follows up on those students referred. Respond in emergency situations, such as administering emergency nursing care to students and school staff presenting with acute/urgent illness, injury or health issues. Order supplies for the efficient operation of the school medical office. Verify and monitor immunization records and communicable disease status in the school ensuring that all students meet the requirements of state law. 6. Provides routine student healthcare. Respond to routine and emergency requests Administer legally prescribed, labeled and dispensed medications with written medical and parental permission to students following a safe and reliable medication procedure. Qualifications: Registered Nurse - Arizona or ability to acquire Compact or AZ state license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license to travel between school sites Pay/Benefit Details: Contracted/W2 position Competitive compensation Benefits (health, vision, dental, and 401k employee match for those who are eligible) Stipends and relocation reimbursements available from travelers/relocators This position can pay between $45 - $65/per hour, this posting is active 60 days from posting date.
