JOB SUMMARY: The RN Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Clinic to include the provision of clinical services. The RN Clinic Manager will work with providers, clinic staff, and PPM management to ensure excellent quality of care and service, efficient utilization of resources, compliance, and strong financial performance. In addition to managing clinic operations, the RN Clinic Manager will provide nursing leadership and direction to the clinic staff and perform nursing duties. QUALIFICATIONS:

• State RN license or other professional clinical role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous demonstrated clinical experience.
• Knowledge of billing systems.
• Ability to interpret and supervise business policies of practice.
• Special ability to communicate with physicians, staff, and general public, both verbally and in writing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
• Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
• Able to work in latex-burdened environment.
• Able to speak clearly and distinctly with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Able to hear to converse with others on the phone.
• Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.
• Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate equipment.
