Under the general direction of the Director, the nurse manager assumes 24-7 accountability for the operational and patient care management of assigned care areas. The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who has a comprehensive understanding of leadership and patient care principles and applies those principles in evaluation of work performance and outcome standards.

Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: CNOR
- 3 years of experience in Operating Room or procedural settings.
- 2 years of Leadership experience.
Preferred Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
