RN or LPN - Inpatient Psychiatric

PT nights - 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. Every Third Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel. Assumes a lead role in patient teaching. Places the patient at the center of care practices. Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes. May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to the distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity. Ability to work weekends and holidays as required. Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed RN or LPN. BSN preferred. Previous experience preferred, but not required.
