Required Skills:

• Active and unrestricted CRNA certification/license in West Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a hospital or surgical setting
• Proficiency in anesthesia administration for a wide range of procedures and patient populations
• Strong knowledge of ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to work independently with a high level of clinical judgment and decision-making
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in multiple hospital environments or outpatient centers
• Prior exposure to diverse surgical specialties including vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, neuro, and cardiac procedures
• Skilled in managing anesthesia for pediatric and adult patients

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice in a busy hospital setting
• Proven ability to quickly adapt to new environments and protocols

Other Requirements:

• Valid West Virginia state licensure
• Ability to obtain credentialing within 60-90 days of start date
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts including 12-hour night shifts and weekends, with flexibility for short commitments each month
• Travel and licensure reimbursements applicable as per policy
