Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential | Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly
Join CCARC and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. As a DSP, you'll provide hands-on support while helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Schedule:
Thursday: 8:00 PM - 9:00 AM
Friday: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Saturday: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly
Responsibilities:
Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities
Assist with meals, medications, hygiene, and household routines
Encourage independence, confidence, and social engagement
Transport individuals to appointments, outings, and recreational activities
Maintain documentation and communicate with team members and families
Help create a safe, positive, and supportive home environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Ability to complete required trainings (CPR, PMT, Medication Certification, etc.)
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
