- Location: Three Rivers, MI 49093 - southwestern Michigan; ideal for Michigan anesthesia jobs and nurse anesthetist careers
- Start Date: August 10, 2026
- Duration: 52 weeks (with potential for future dates)
- Shifts per Week: 5
- Shift Duration: 8-hour days (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Call Schedule: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend (30-minute response time required)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,530 - $7,930
- Team Model: All-CRNA practice (3 providers, 2 ORs)
- EMR: Cerner

- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required (locum tenens CRNA, clinical OR experience preferred)
- Active, unrestricted CRNA license (state licensure for Michigan or ability to obtain)
- Current AHA-issued certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS as applicable
- Recent case logs demonstrating epidurals and peripheral nerve blocks
- Significant OB anesthesia experience within the past 12 months (facility manages 350 deliveries/year)
- Competency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks
- Clear background and malpractice history (credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days; temporary privileges available for qualified candidates)
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse case mix including General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Pediatric Dental, ENT, Endoscopy, and Podiatry cases (no heads, hearts, or spines)
- Perform spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks as required; manage OB anesthesia and labor analgesia
- Participate in the call rotation and respond within 30 minutes when on-call
- Document anesthesia care accurately and timely in Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, obstetrics teams, and fellow CRNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain professional standards, ongoing competency, and adherence to hospital policies for locum tenens CRNA providers
