QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO LTC standards. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a facility of comparable size and complexity is preferred. RN license in good standing in Massachusetts. Must be able to demonstrate evidence of meeting baseline proficiency in the following competencies: Interpersonal Understanding Business Orientation.
