Afternoon and Night Shift Caregivers Needed
Job Summary:
At SYNERGY HomeCare, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate afternoon/night-shift caregivers to join our team. As an afternoon/night-shift caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients, while also enjoying a competitive hourly rate and a flexible part-time schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including ADLs, companionship and social engagement
Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $20.00
Direct deposit
Paid orientation and ongoing training and development
Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays
Flexible part-time schedule (4-24 hours per week)
