As an Experienced Caregiver, you will provide non-medical, hands-on support to clients who require a higher level of assistance with daily livinghelping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities (Non-medical Care Only)

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide hands-on support with mobility and transfers (gait belt; Hoyer lift experience preferred)

Support clients with incontinence care and repositioning

Provide care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's, offering patience, structure, and reassurance

Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship

Observe and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks)

Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients

As an experienced caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
