Home Health Aide, 8am-4:30pm Schedule : 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Department: Home Care | LifeCircles PACE | Holland, MI What You'll Do In This Role: LifeCircles PACE is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team. In this role, you will provide vital in-home care and support that empowers older adults to remain safely in their homes while maintaining their dignity and independence. Department Home & CBS Employment Type Full Time Location Holland, MI Workplace type Onsite Compensation $18.87 - $20.43 / hour Reporting To Tami Loyd Key Responsibilities Provide Hands-On Care in Their Home - Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while following the participant's Life Plan. Maintain Comfort & Care - Support housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and grocery shopping Support Mealtime- Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. Keep Things Moving - Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers. Perform Vital Checks - Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. Maintain Comfort & Care - Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. Provide Responsive Support - Respond with kindness and compassion. Monitor with Watchful Eyes - Report any changes in conditions to the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and leadership ASAP. Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism - Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care. Previous experience providing care to older adults, preferred. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, required. High school diploma or GED, required.
