Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join a senior living and long-term care community in the Albert Lea area. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a motivated RN who is passionate about quality patient care, staff leadership, and operational excellence. The Director of Nursing will oversee clinical operations, lead and mentor nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help create a positive environment for residents and employees alike.
