Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans. Provide clear direction and support to CNAs, CMAs, and fellow team members to ensure coordinated care. Monitor resident conditions, respond promptly to changes, and communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Oversee medication administration and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Conduct routine resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and overall care excellence. Qualifications Qualified candidates will bring: Active Oklahoma LPN license (required). Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, including charge nurse responsibilities.
