Monday - Friday working 9 am - 5 pm + Every Other Weekend

Pay: $16.64-$17.80/hour

What You'll Do as an Activities Assistant:

Plan, coordinate, and assist with engaging activities and programs for residents

Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships through group activities and one-on-one visits

Assist with community outings, special events, and field trips

Transport residents safely to and from activities within the community and off-site events

Maintain accurate attendance records and activity documentation

Help ensure activity supplies and materials are organized and readily available

Collaborate with team members on resident care plans, progress notes, and activity-related goals

Partner with local community organizations to support resident engagement and special programming

Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment that enhances residents' quality of life

What We're Looking for in an Activities Assistant:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Active New Jersey CNA certification

At least 1 year of work experience
