Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time | (3PM-11PM)

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them navigate daily life in residential and community settings.
This position offers the opportunity to work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment where compassion, collaboration, and professional development are valued. Every shift brings the chance to positively impact someone's quality of life while building a rewarding career.
Compensation: Starting at $20.20/hour, with earning potential up to $24.20/hour through shift differentials and overtime opportunities.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours weekly) with flexibility to work two weekend days as part of your schedule.
What You'll Do
Provide direct support to individuals living in group homes, apartments, and supported living settings
Assist with day-to-day needs such as meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, and maintaining a household environment
Encourage independence through community outings, recreational involvement, and individualized goal support
Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment while completing electronic documentation accurately and on time
Partner with supervisors and team members to support individual goals and maintain program standards
Paid training provided experience is welcome but not required
Paid training providedno prior experience required

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
High school diploma or GED required
Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing (5 points or fewer)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Demonstrated employment reliability, including at least one year with a previous employer
