The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and onboarding qualified caregivers including CNAs, GNAs, HHAs, LPNs, and RNs to support our home care and nursing services throughout Maryland. Caregiver Scheduler to coordinate caregiver assignments and ensure timely coverage for client services. The Scheduler plays a vital role in maintaining continuity of care by matching qualified caregivers with client needs, managing daily schedules, and responding quickly to staffing changes. This role is critical to maintaining a strong workforce to deliver high-quality care to our clients. Key Responsibilities Recruit caregivers through job boards, social media, schools, and community outreach Screen applicants and schedule interviews Verify licenses, certifications, and background checks Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires Maintain an active pipeline of qualified caregivers Ensure compliance with agency and Maryland healthcare regulations Support urgent staffing needs and placement requests Schedule caregivers (CNA, GNA, HHA, LPN, RN) for client visits and shifts Ensure all client shifts are filled promptly and accurately Coordinate replacements for call-outs, absences, or emergencies Communicate daily schedules to caregivers and supervisors Verify caregiver availability, credentials, and service authorization Maintain accurate scheduling records in the system Monitor overtime and staffing levels Respond to urgent staffing needs and after-hours scheduling issues Collaborate with recruiters, nurses, and case managers Ensure compliance with agency policies and Maryland regulations Principals only.
