Caregiver for Indian Elderly in Atlanta We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide support and assistance to Indian elderly individuals living in Atlanta. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for helping with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders, as well as offering companionship and emotional support. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Administer medications as needed and keep track of medication schedules - Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences - Provide transportation for appointments and errands - Offer companionship and engage in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation - Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate parties - Maintain a safe and clean environment for the elderly individual - Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals involved in the care of the elderly individual Requirements: - Must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with the elderly individual - Preferably Indian nationality or familiarity with Indian culture - Must have a valid biometric passport - Prior experience as a caregiver is not required but preferred - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to provide emotional support and maintain a positive attitude - Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring Salary: Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
