Overnight Shifts - Flat rate with sleep or Hourly pay with no sleep (Case Dependent) Job Description: Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals are expected to assist clients with all aspects of daily living. Staff are required to document all tasks completed, inform office staff changes to clients condition(s), and maintain professional standards at all times. Tasks may include: - Providing personal care and assistance with hygienic needs, including showers/bathing - Meal preparation and feeding assistance if required - Light cleaning and laundry - Transportation to and from appointments, if requested - Companionship and safety monitoring - Medication reminders Pay and Benefits: *Minimum starting rate of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour with first evaluation/pay raise at 90 days.
