We have weekend positions available immediately to assist our clients with daily living and personal care services in their homes with an established care plan. Punctuality and consistent scheduled attendance is crucial. Positions are also available in Salinas, Hwy 68 Corridor, Castroville, South Monterey County, Monterey Peninsula, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Seaside, and Marina. Responsibilities include: Providing personalized in-home support to our clients. Establish and maintain professional and effective communication and working relationships with the Client, family, and co-workers. Performing domestic and household tasks, keeping environment clean and organized. Can include transporting and accompanying clients to various places based on the needs of the Client. Assist with ADL's Maintain care records and thoroughly document provided services at each shift. Requirements Minimum 2 years proven working experience as a Caregiver. Must pass background check. Current CPR certification preferred. Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance. Must have reliable transportation. Punctuality and consistent scheduled attendance is crucial. Must meet state requirements related to work experience and training. Compensation Competitive pay between $19 - $22 per hour. Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit available. 401k based on eligibility. Continuous online professional yearly caregiver training. Paid overtime based on eligibility. Paid Time Off based on eligibility.
