Morning Caregiver Needed (Part-Time) - Overland Park Area - Flexible Schedul (Overland Park) compensation: $18/hour with performance based increase at 30 days, 90 days, and annually employment type: experience level: no experience required job title: Caregiver - Morning Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Seeking dependable and compassionate morning caregivers to assist a male wheelchair user with daily living activities in the Kansas City area. This is a part-time opportunity with consistent weekly hours and a relaxed home environment. Looking to fill all morning shifts throughout the week. You do not need to be available every day to apply even if you are only available one or two mornings per week, I would still encourage you to reach out. Morning Shift Schedule Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM Saturday-Sunday: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM Duties Include * Assistance with ADLs (activities of daily living) * Getting dressed * Lower limb stretching/range-of-motion exercises * Transfer assistance to wheelchair * Light meal preparation * Laundry * Light housekeeping/cleaning Ideal Candidate * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable assisting someone with physical disabilities * Positive attitude and respectful communication * Caregiving experience preferred, but not required * Must be able to follow routines and instructions consistently Additional Information * Paid position * Flexible scheduling depending on availability * Looking for one or multiple caregivers to cover shifts * Training on routine and transfers can be provided If interested, please with: * Your name * Relevant experience * Availability * Contact information Principals only.
