Long Term Care - Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

Experience with PointClickCare is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests:

• Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.

Shift & Scheduling:

• A mix of 8s and 12s, This will mainly be Th-Sun, with an occasional shift being moved to M-W as needed.
• No on call or call back available.
• Weekend Requirement: every other
• Holidays: every other

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

IV Therapy Certification (Intravenous Therapy Certification)
