Job Description:

** Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus (If Eligible)

** Up to $10,000 Relocation Bonus (If Eligible)

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.

* Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

* Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

* Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

* Document patient care activities, including assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes, accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR). * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

* Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.

* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to infection control policies and safety protocols.

* Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established protocols and critical care skills.

Education:
Associate's of Nursing [Required]
Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:
ICU

Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:

$31.53 - $50.40
