Travel Rehab RN - Kamuela, HI

Schedule/Hours:

• Varied 8-hour shifts: Days (7:30 am3:30 pm), Evenings (3:00 pm11:30 pm), Nights (11:00 pm7:30 am)
• May include weekends, holidays, and overtime rotation
• Flexibility is essential; shifts/hours are not guaranteed, and shift preferences cannot be accommodated

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment
• Perform assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Provide ADL assistance, wound vac and gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter maintenance, nebulizer, and CPAP treatments
• Admit and discharge residents, accurately document care, and communicate timely updates to providers
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and support patients individualized care plans
• Remain adaptable to varied shifts and evolving patient needs

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license; if not currently licensed in HI, candidates must apply upon offer and hold license by assignment start
• Previous experience in rehab, long-term care, or similar settings
• Ability to arrive by Thursday before assignment start for required employee health appointments
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
